File Transmission Options
FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
File transfer will be faster if you remember to stuff or zip your files. Compression will reduce file size by approximately 50%, so a six megabyte file becomes three megabytes. Compression in no way harms or alters your files.

-Select “FTP” as your file transmission option.
-Click on “Browse”, then select the files to upload.
-Click on “Save and Continue” and wait until your upload is complete. When your order summary appears, your upload has been successfully completed.

Remember that FTP file upload times vary; they are determined by modem speed, ISP capacity and other factors.

E-mail
Your files may be submitted via e-mail if they are smaller than 2 megabytes. Our e-mail address is order@dartprint.com

-Select “e-mail” as your file transmission option.
-Click on “order@dartprint.com”.
-Attach the files you want to send.
-Click “Send”. When your order summary appears your upload has been successfully completed.

Remember that e-mail transfer time varies; it is affected by modem speed, ISP capacity and other factors.
